Service requests are private business records; public results use an explicit publication policy.
Information and use
We collect the question, name, contact, type, deadline, budget preference and publication preference to review scope and follow up your request. Receipt tokens permit private ticket lookup. Authorized signed operators can read and update requests.
Retention and requests
Request fields are retained for up to 365 days and then redacted by scheduled processing. Audit identifiers, state transitions and contractual accounting records may be retained separately. Submit correction, withdrawal or deletion requests through the ticket portal; include your ticket and private receipt for ownership review.
Local and public data
Your browser stores model chunks, signing identity and local result history. Browsing the result center does not upload that history. Contacts, budgets, salts, private paths and credentials are excluded from public result APIs.
